Operations Solutions Analyst
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Solutions Analyst to design, build, and implement advanced AI, automation, project management, and work management solutions across the organization. This is a hands-on technical role responsible for leading the full lifecycle of solution delivery, including discovery, architecture, development, deployment, user training, and ongoing optimization.
The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvement through AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. This individual will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, governance, and visibility across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning multiple business functions and technology platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI, automation, portfolio management, and project management opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, training, and documentation.
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced Smartsheet solutions, including dashboards, automated workflows, reporting systems, formulas, and Control Center configurations.
- Administer, maintain, and enhance enterprise Smartsheet environments and related solutions.
- Serve as a technical advisor for AI, automation, and collaboration technologies across the organization.
- Contribute to solution architecture and governance strategies for Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled platforms, focusing on security, scalability, compliance, and performance.
- Promote responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support organizational change management through user training, adoption strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI and workflow automation solutions.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- 2+ years of experience implementing advanced Smartsheet solutions within enterprise environments.
- 2+ years of experience with Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Mesh, DataTable, and Data Shuttle.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-powered automation technologies.
- Experience with scripting, integrations, and automation using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced expertise within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with AI agents and agentic AI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Power Automate.
- Experience with enterprise-scale technology deployments.
- Smartsheet certifications and advanced solution implementation expertise.
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
